About The Role

Were on a look out for experiencedSourcing Manager with a solid background in Marketing and PRservices procurement activities. This role falls under thestrategic sourcing team where fluency with running tenders andputting long term contracts in place is necessary.

Sourcing Manager will beresponsible for optimizing the efficiency of the sourcingdepartment by devising strategic plans which focus on achievingcustomer satisfaction whilst reducing costs to the business. Dutiesinclude planning scheduling initiating monitoring and qualityassurance of all procurement and contract activities. Work requiresindependent and professional judgment and is performed under thegeneral direction of the Director Procurement. You will have toachieve the wider business objectives including a streamlinedstrategic sourcing procedure across all stakeholders. This rolewould best suit an analytical solutiondriven individual who canadhere to strict deadlines whilst managing multiple prioritiessimultaneously and is naturally passionate about the luxuryhospitality industry. Besides the Sourcing Manager will overseeevery aspect of the sourcing process and will determine thecompanys service measures delivery criteria and solutions forissues that may arise.

About You

Ideally wed like you to have arelevant bachelors degree in Business Economics Supply ChainInternational Business Business Administration or a related field.A minimum of 4 years prior experience in successfully managing thestrategic sourcing function and delivering results in a fastpacedenvironment. You will have to demonstrate the ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable with tenderprocess and contracts management. In addition to this you will haveexceptional interpersonal and communication skills and be able tointerface effectively with all levels of management.

In this role you will havethe natural ability to effectively influence through knowledgerelationship management and trust. Exceptional creative andanalytical problemsolving skill set with a strong desire toconstantly grow and evolve. Experience of working within alargescale hotel or resort would be preferred.

Excellent Microsoft Office knowledgeis required. You will have experience with word processingspreadsheets PowerPoint presentations contract software ERP andeSourcing. Having prior experience working with suppliers andresources within the UAE market preferred.
