Your Role


This is a role where no two days are the same - so you'll find yourself taking on plenty of new responsibilities as you go.

You'll work alongside clients and colleagues, balancing your time between supporting business development activities by providing tailored solutions, advising clients on transformation initiatives, delivering solution workshops, networking with our regional leaders and BD teams, supporting market campaigns as well as work with technology ecosystem partners to position our differentiating solution propositions.

Since you'll be working directly with clients and regional client teams, some travel may be required.


Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Perform the role of Go to Market and Solution Sales Lead for taking TechOps (Application Managed Services, Cloud operations and other solutions that get added to our portfolio) to clients across the region.
  • Build a strong network with our regional leaders across service lines, key client account leads and Markets / BD leads to help build a strong TechOps pipeline in the region and support key sales and accounts plans to achieve and exceed targets
  • Act as Technical Presales to support opportunities around TechOps solutions while working closely with other solutions leaders, alliance managers and managed services team members
  • Be responsible for designing complex, multiyear, transformational managed services solutions that integrate People, process, technology and facility/location components into an effective and efficient solution, while creating tailored value propositions to address client expectations
  • Help prepare proposals/Presentations/statement of work (SOWs) and respond to RFIs/RFPs by articulating EY's value proposition against the customer defined requirements and propose winning solutions
  • Work closely with Contract management and legal teams to ensure the proposed solution has the highest level of assurance along with welldefined service level management approach to effectively manage risk of engagements.
  • Support the delivery teams on Service Transition and Service Management when the engagement is being setup up; at least until service delivery stabilization is achieved
  • With your technical handson experience, you are expected to manage few TechOps engagements by continuing the relationships established during the sales cycle
  • Ensure both personal and professional skills are kept up to date for successful execution of role.

Preferred experience:


  • 10+ Years of core TechOps / Application Managed Services Solution Sales / PreSales and pursuit management experience
  • Successful achievement of set goals/targets in the last three consecutive years
  • Experience and exposure to onshore, offshore and nearshore delivery and operating models
  • Expertise in constructing solutions with innovative commercial models e,g: ticket based; pay per use
  • Experience in solutioning / delivery of service optimization, service automation, and innovation in service delivery management
  • Experience in selling / shaping annuity deals involving enterprise platforms (SAP, Microsoft, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills and using of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • English (Must), and Other Regional Languages based on Markets (Preferable)
