Job Summary

Landscape Architect with experience in architecture is in charge of creating outdoor spaces that seamlessly integrate with architectural structures, enhancing the overall aesthetics and functionality of a project.

This role combines the skills of both landscape architecture and architecture to design and plan exterior environments that complement and enrich the built environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop comprehensive landscape design plans that incorporate elements like plants, pathways, seating areas, lighting, and water features.
  • Integrate sustainable practices and principles, such as water conservation and native plant selection, into the design.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of the landscape design.
  • Prepare project budgets, timelines, and specifications, and monitor the project's progress from concept to completion.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to understand topography, soil conditions, climate, and existing vegetation.
  • Analyze client needs and project goals to develop design concepts that align with the site's characteristics.
  • Ensure that landscape designs adhere to local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental guidelines.
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals for landscape construction projects.

Qualifications:


  • 7 years of strong design experience.
  • Previous experience in UAE.
  • Very good English and communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
