Concierge/receptionist - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - NALG
Description
Welcome customers upon entrance in a professional and courteous manner- Act as the point of reference for tenants and visitors who need assistance or information and attend to their queries and requirements
- Answer phone calls, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
- Accountable for accurately recording customer transactions in the necessary systems and submit weekly report to the property manager
- Handle tenants moveins and moveouts
- Ensure that all tenants and visitors have a positive experience at Duja Tower
- Professionally respond to customer complaints; make an effort to successfully resolve complaints in accordance with established guidelines.
- Provide services and remedies that will improve client satisfaction and lobby enhancement
- Work in conjunction with your coworkers, supervisors, and other departments as necessary.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
