SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT MANAGER

Job brief:
We are looking for a talented and trend-setting Social Media Account Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for key client accounts and administer their Social Media pages while cohesively managing their social presence and image to achieve marketing goals.

As a Social Media Account Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest technologies and platforms, as well as be able to identify and pick up on trends.

You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express the agency's views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our clients' social media presence effectively ensuring to meet their goals.

Responsibilities:

Perform research on current trends and audience preferences relevant to key account brands
Continuously audit and monitor the activity of key clients' social media accounts including but not limited to content, sentiment, community and crisis
Create, manage, evaluate and optimise marketing campaigns across different social media platforms following brands' standards and guidelines
Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote brands across the social media platforms
Set specific objectives with clients and report on ROI
Collaborate with other teams like creative, media advertising, or others; to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviews
Oversee social media accounts' page hygiene
Suggest and implement new features to develop specific KPIs tied to brand awareness, conversions, follower acquisition etc.
Support at live events or coverages and be able to think creatively on the go
Developing and executing influencer campaigns along with building relationships with influencers.

Requirements and Skills:

Must be in a client servicing role currently, preferably specialised in Social Media
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Must be comfortable with learning to use new tools to do with Social Media reporting and listening
Excellent command over the English language (reading, writing and speaking);
Arabic is a plus
Creative copywriting skills and naturally creative in thought
Must have knowledge of online marketing channels
Analytical and must be able to multi-task
Proactive in managing WIP reports and resource planning.
