As we continue to expand, we're seeking a skilled Fleet Coordinator to ensure the seamless operation of our company's prestigious fleet.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Fleet Coordinator at Royal Smart Limousine, you will play a central role in managing our company's vehicles and drivers
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily targets for the company's fleet, ensuring efficient and timely execution.
- Conducting comprehensive daily inspections and maintenance checks on all company vehicles.
- Implementing realtime location tracking systems to monitor the whereabouts of company cars and drivers.
- Monitoring and recording vehicle performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluating driver performances based on predefined metrics and providing feedback.
- Managing accident reporting and coordinating repairs for company vehicles.
- Preparing and presenting daily shift reports to management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Planning and setting daily targets for the company's fleet operations.
- Calculating and documenting the costs associated with fleet operations.
- Conducting regular training sessions for drivers, focusing on risk management protocols, safety standards, and more.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in fleet coordination, vehicle maintenance, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using tracking and fleet management software.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
Desirable Skills:
- While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- Previous experience in the luxury transportation industry.
- Familiarity with cost analysis and budget management.
- Training or certifications in fleet management, safety protocols, or related areas.
