    JOB DESCRIPTION: Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Promote Aldar Projects to UAE and international brokers.
    • Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects, unique selling points project specific details to gain buy-in while building a strong relationship
    • Explore potential brokers, connect and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between both parties
    • Grow and expand the international brokers database and maintain a healthy relationship
    • Continuously managing brokers and agents' inquires, raise red flags to line manager
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges and lessons learned
    • Assist in the conducting awareness / training sessions for the sales staff on the international sales markets, challenges and opportunities
    • Identify potential international markets for penetration to Vice President – Broker Management and Sales Support
    • Assist in managing the process of launching brokers sales events / roadshows and exhibitions in Dubai and international markets
    • Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market, recommend solutions and promotions to line manager
    • Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function main metrics.

    Key Result Areas:

    • Number of brokers event conducted per quarter.
    • Number of sales lead generated.
    • Access to international brokers.

    Working Conditions:

    • Local and international traveling might be required.

    Related years of Experience:

    • Min of 4+ years of related experience.

    Field of Experience:

    • Real estate / Developer

    Technical and Interpersonal Skills:

    • Knowledge of Dubai Real estate market
    • Knowledge of major international real estate markets
    • Knowledge of competitors products and USPs.
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent presentation skills

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
