Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic
Account Manager - SMB to help us expand our clientele.

You will Identify, develop, build, manage & deliver business development sales targets for Bespin Global via management of relationships with new clients, generation of new sales leads, & maintaining relationships with new contacts, develop & implement event-related sales & marketing initiatives to drive revenues & profit within the guidelines set & followed by the company.


Responsibilities:


  • To execute the sales objectives and meet the defined monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
  • Generate new client & business relationships to ensure new business & projects are identified.
  • Proactively hunt for target organisations & establish communications with those businesses that can benefit Bespin Global cloud solutions
  • Maintain excellent relations with existing clients & potential client for the prequalification in tendering process & ensure Bespin Global be in a position to bid for projects within its sphere of capabilities
  • Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission of prequalification documents
  • Develop a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, filtering, negotiating, and launching new accounts in the target geography and markets
  • Identify, reach and engage key decision makers in your territory through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references & industry events etc.
  • Engage effectively with entire sales team to develop and implement customer account plans.
  • Execute the company's sales strategy.
  • Report and forecast sales on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Educate on and promote Bespin Global solutions and services.
  • Display a strong teamplayer attitude by collaborating effectively with internal network of stakeholders.

Experience & Education

  • Proven experience within a technology industry such system integrators, distributors, or any relevant companies.
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or any other related field
  • Hunter mentality to generate new business
  • Ability to sell a comprehensive technology solution including multiple products
  • Experience generating leads, building sales pipeline, and converting them into potential opportunity
  • Confidence in pitching and closing business to senior level executives and clients.
  • Experience using salesforce is preferable
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure Portals for regular updates
  • Experience in GCC is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or business administration or any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fastpaced multitask driven environment
