• Supervise and coordinate welltesting activities, including flowback, production testing, andreservoir evaluation.
• Ensure compliance withestablished procedures, safety regulations, and environmentalguidelines.
• Collaborate with drilling andcompletion teams to optimize well testingprocesses.
• Lead a team of well testingtechnicians and operators, providing guidance, training, andsupport.
• Foster a culture of safety,professionalism, and continuous improvement within theteam.
• Conduct regular safety meetings andtraining sessions.
• Oversee the deployment andmaintenance of well testing equipment.
• Monitorequipment performance and troubleshoot any operationalissues.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams toschedule and perform routine equipment inspections andrepairs.
• Analyze well test data to evaluatereservoir performance and identify opportunities foroptimization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports onwell testing activities, including production rates, fluidproperties, and any anomalies.
• Providerecommendations for well and reservoir management based on dataanalysis.
• Ensure compliance with local, state,and federal regulations related to well testingoperations.
• Work closely with regulatoryagencies to obtain necessary permits andapprovals.
• Develop and implement emergencyresponse plans for well testingoperations.
• Conduct regular drills and trainingexercises to ensure the team is prepared to respond toemergencies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree ORIndustrial diploma is a MUST.
• Minimum of 10years of experience in Petroleum Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or a related field.
• Provenexperience in well testing operations and proficiency in handlingspecial technical requirements.
