Suite Stay is an established Holliday Homes company with market presence in Dubai and Bali.

The company is small and growing, as we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Leasing Manager to help us enter the Dubai Real Estate market.

Position Overview:

As the Sales and Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our real estate agency in Dubai by building a team underneath you.

You will be responsible for overseeing the sales and leasing operations, managing a team of agents, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and leasing team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and excellence.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Act as a point of contact for key clients and handle escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and leasing team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Implement strategies to address performance gaps and maximize team productivity.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales and leasing, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Salary:
AED5, AED100,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
