Description

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup, Bio Metric Access
• Administration, POS systems, computers, tablets, printers, scanners, CCTV systems, and other retail technologies for both store and corporate settings.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of cash registers, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and CCTV surveillance systems across store locations and corporate offices.
• Provide prompt and efficient technical support to store and corporate users via inperson, phone, or remote communication channels.
• Manage the inventory of IT hardware and peripherals, ensuring availability and functionality across store and corporate operations.
• Perform basic administration tasks on Windows Servers, including user provisioning and maintaining Active Directory (AD) accounts across store and corporate environments.
• Monitor and schedule user backup jobs across store and corporate environments

• Proven experience in delivering IT support, preferably within retail, encompassing store and corporate environments.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and networkrelated issues, including familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Basic Windows Server administration.
• Experience with AD user provisioning and management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with both store and corporate users.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Flexibility to adapt to nonstandard business hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store and corporate operational needs
