• Lead and manage a team to ensure they meet performance goals and deliver results.

• Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient and costeffective procedures and workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure availability when needed.

• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure products/services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.

• Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.

• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for senior management.
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using business software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

• Must have a Driver's Licence
