- at least 5-8 years of experience inHuman Resources with good understanding of total HR scope, abilityto drive organizational and people development programs as well asperformance management related initiatives. Experience in HRGeneralist or/and HRBP functions would be an additionalasset
- Advanced ability to create BusinessPartnership/Consulting in order to influence the business andimprove results by modeling, monitoring, and reporting businessperformance. Evidence of having worked as a true business partnerin a complex environment will be an asset
- Verygood knowledge of HR management processes andtools
- Very good knowledge of legal requirements(labor law) and HR standards required
