Responsibilities:
To identify trends, to share observations with and provide suggestions for service improvement to the Manager.
To openly communicate appropriate and useful information through the available channels.
To ensure applicable policies, procedures and performance standards are being implemented and followed throughout the division.
To track and monitor expenditures and revenue against departmental targets.
To motivate Colleagues through the effective implementation of incentive, recognition and rewards programs.
To conduct performance appraisals for direct report and to review performance appraisals of the department.
