- Assist in managing the housekeeping department's operations along with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and distributes assignments accordingly ensuring that the service standards are being followed.
- Liaise with the Front Office team regarding the requests of the guests
- Coordinate with Purchasing department regarding supplies requisition and other requirements from vendors to ensure the smooth workflow of the department.
- Ensures the manning is updated and reasonable staffing are on board, develops training plans to ensure standards are maintained, processes requirements for hiring, internal promotions and disciplinary action when required.
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
