    Lead, coordinate and implement a deploymentprogram and manage complex product offerings in order to supportgrowth of the target business in alignment with the businessstrategy and plan
    Responsibilities
    Productdevelopment and management
    Translating the strategy andplans shared by the line manager into the product value propositionby developing and managing a differentiated and complex productportfolio that meets customer needs and seizes market opportunitiesin order to achieve the defined goal
    Independently leadall project management related activities from concept to deliveryto ensure delivery within agreed turnaround time (TATs) and agreedbudget
    Propose and implement strategies that enhancecross-selling opportunities for related products and processes inorder to increase customer acquisition, activation andretention
    Providing new product proposals, improvementsto existing processes, and developing training courses and productwarranties in order to increase the productoffering
    Research and data collection
    Buildmarket intelligence, conduct research and gather information usingmultiple sources to monitor market size, competitive landscape,customer segmentation and market opportunities in order to provideaccurate and reliable information/data that enables decisionmaking
    Research market trends, news products, innovativetechnologies and solutions and suggest product and processimprovements in order to maintain knowledge and understanding ofmarket availability and popular solutions
    Portfoliomanagement

    Own the P&L for the respectiveproducts and monitor the prices, charges and general ledgerinvolved to ensure timely and accurate provision of data andreporting for the product in question.

    Review, monitorand control the complex product portfolio to ensure portfolioquality, portfolio composition, risk recognition, account strategyand industry information are consistent with the bank'srisk strategy and market conditions
