Summary

Responsible for the execution completion activities of pre-comm, commissioning, start-up, Operational & Maintenance.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Main Responsibilities
• Compiling and labelling of completion dossiers as per approved index.
• Collecting and compiling of completed ITRs, punches & completion related documents.
• Compiling prerequisite walk down related documents.
• Assisting completion lead in daily routine.
• Maintaining up-to-date registers, logs, drawings and documents.
• Printing required documents, drawings and reports.
• Generating and maintaining excel sheets as per requirement.
• To ensure that documents are securely field, and easily retrievable.
• Receipt, issue and usage of documents will be controlled.
• The documents on issue will be stamped 'CONTROLLED COPY'.
• In case of revisions, revised copy will be distributed to all the original recipients.
• Only Controlled copy of approved drawings / documents will be used for construction through transmittal.
• To ensure that photocopying of controlled copy will not be taken. Sufficient numbers of controlled copy will be issued to the construction crews to perform their job.
• All technical documents will be transmitted through Document Controller
• Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning System Experience requirements:
• Chemical Flushing & Start-Up.
• Chemical injection Systems & Start-Up
• Pneumatic cleaning of pipework system knowledge.
• Hot Oil Flushing & Start-Up.
• Wellheads and Separation, & Start-Up.
• Condensate Stabilisation & Start Up
• Amine - CO2 Removal & Start-Up.
• Mol Sieve-Gas Dehydration & Start-Up.
• Mercury Filtration and Removal &Start-Up.
• Utilities - Flare / Closed Drains/ Nitrogen / Instrument Air Systems & Start-Up.
• Fuel Gas systems & Start-Up.
• Compression and Expander Packages & Start-Up.
• Lube Oil Flushing & Start-Up.
• Metering System Knowledge & Start-Up
• Hydrocarbon Storage and Truck Loading Facilities & Start-Up.
  
  

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry
