1- Project Pursuit LeaderJob: Full TimeLocation: Dubai, UAEDescription:In this role, you will be an active member of the Energy Division Management team for Middle East and Africa and will contribute to growing large project business by identifying early and leading the project through its cycle to purchase order by developing and implementing specific strategies by supporting our customers key deliverables and differentiate our products/ services

Job Responsibilities:

Drive the business with a specific focus on large project business, by proactively leading and supporting sales within and/or across the Sales Company.

Develop a deep understanding of the EPC customers (or market for the application/product), including market drivers and competitive landscape within the scope.

He/she is the owner of Marketing plan for the specific business.
Developing a project funnel and maintaining it in ONECRM and drive project prioritization / project strategy & other deliverables.
Introduce and sell new products and/or application/solutions directly to the customers/market.


Job Requirements:
Industry, Product and Application proven competenceIndustry experience – Broad experience in Heat exchanger and separator marketBusiness acumen – Business/marketing analysis, contracts, pricing, sales & marketingFinancial acumen – Profit &Loss, balance sheet and cash flow
