The Role

  • Responsible for selling LucidPay's Lucid Hospitality Suite, a platform solution for the hotel industry enabling properties to automate processes, enhance guest experience and increase overall productivity.
  • Together with the Business Development Director working on defining strategic sales plans, building new key relationships with senior management and CXO level in the hotel landscape and negotiating and closing business deals, whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of the company's digital landscape and operational challenges.
  • A business development focused approach mainly through attracting new client sales as well as breaking into new areas of opportunity within established customers (up
- and cross-selling).

  • Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, technical and commercial requirements, competitor's strengths/weaknesses, as well as the risks and constraints to the company and drafting appropriate sales strategies for such opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from visioning, prospecting to closure and account management.
  • Individual contributor role with clearly set sales targets. Hunter approach to proactively and independently build strong pipeline.

What we need to see from you

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Hospitality, Business Management, IT or related fields
  • 3+ years' experience in business development or sales in hospitality
  • Strong understanding of core hotel operations. Any experience in Information Technology will be an advantage.
  • Experience in selling to and building relationships with Senior Management on his/her own.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Arabic strongly preferred.
  • Able to work flexibly with regards to activities and hours in a role that will involve national (and potentially international) travels
  • Eligible to work in the country applied to without sponsored visa

Salary:
AED8, AED14,000.00 per month
