    Description
    • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department for Grand Mercure Dubai City and ibis Style Dubai Airport through collaboration with senior and junior leadership on the implementation of the Talent & Culture strategy.
    • Promote Heartist culture and team engagement that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun.
    • Play an integral role in the Executive Committee, with a particular emphasis on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting.
    • Oversee the administration of Talent & Culture programs including, but not limited to, T&C Foundations Standards Audit preparation, L&D strategy and interventions, benefits, leaves; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
    • Collaborate on the development of annual Talent & Culture / L&D budget and manage day-to-day expenses, month-end reporting, and forecasting of Talent & Culture accounts.
    • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's Talent & Culture information system (HRIS) and talent management system.
    • Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with UAE Labour laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
    • Challenge the status quo on how we can improve the way we do things to create an even better guest and employee experience.
    • Empower and conduct all employee events & activities.
    • Champion committees such as Employee Recognition and Diversity Equity & Inclusion
    • Ensure compliance with Accor and internal policies and local legislation in all aspects of the Talent & Culture function.
    • Other relevant duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher
    • Minimum 2 years experience in Talent & Culture Management/ same role
    • Extensive knowledge of all aspects of Talent & Culture and L&D operations
    • Excellent English language communication skills, public speaking and training delivery
