As a legal consultant you can have the opportunity to work:

In-house with one of our clients - this could mean working with a client either virtually or locally to support a project, regulatory reform or transactional work during periods of absence.

In the Allen & Overy UAE practice to support a specific client or the practice generally during peak volumes.

RequirementsLegal consultancy can offer lawyers fresh and varied work in a range of in house teams and potentially within A&O practice. Currently we are seeking lawyers with 5-7 years' top-tier post-qualification experience within projects.


Successful applicants will:

Have a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top tier law firm, ideally with some in house exposure either directly or via secondmentHave worked complex infrastructure or oil and gas projects for both private sector developers and investorsExperience within project development would be beneficial although not essentialExperience of development financing deals and forward funding transactions would be advantageousHave excellent academic credentials;A practicing certificate (or equivalent) which entitles them to practice as a lawyerA consultant mindset - be resilient, open to experiencing new challenges and environments and be excited to develop their skill set and brand within the consultancy fieldWhy Peerpoint?When you join our panel, you'll receive the full support of our dedicated legal consultant management team, but that's not all.
