- Bachelors degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration
- 2 years related experience, including management experience in a 5 star Luxury Hotel
- Experience in a resort is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
- Demonstrate the ability to lead a diverse group of colleagues and interact with different leaders
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Other languages preferred
