- Manage, design, develop, createand maintain small-scale through to large-scale constructionprojects in a safe, timely and sustainablemanner
- Conduct on site investigations andanalyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings andother)
- Carry out technical and feasibilitystudies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technicalspecifications
- Assess potential risks,materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolvecreatively any emergingproblems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staffand liaise with a variety ofstakeholders
- Handle over the resultingstructures and services for use
- Monitorprogress and compile reports in projectstatus
- Manage budget and purchaseequipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines andregulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technicalfiles and other technical documentation asrequired
