Overview:

Weare in search of a proficient Mechanical HVAC Engineer to become apart of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will possess asolid background in mechanical engineering with specific expertisein Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems withinthe building construction industry. This role is crucial forensuring all HVAC projects are designed implemented and maintainedto meet high standards of efficiency safety and compliance with UAEregulations.

RequirementsResponsibilities:

• Designand develop HVAC systems for residential commercial and industrialprojects ensuring they meet all requirements for comfort efficiencyand environmentalsustainability.
  
• Conductdetailed calculations to determine heating and cooling loadsequipment sizing andselection.
  
• Prepareand review system drawings plans and specifications usingcomputeraided design (CAD)software.
  
• Collaboratewith architects civil engineers and construction project managersto integrate HVAC systems into building designseffectively.
  
• Supervisethe installation testing and commissioning of HVAC systems toensure they are installed and functioning according tospecifications.
  
• Performroutine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems to ensurethey operateefficiently.
  
• Stayupdated with the latest HVAC technologies and methodologiesincorporating innovative solutions into designs to improve energyefficiency and reduce environmentalimpact.
  
• Ensurecompliance with all local building codes regulations and health andsafety standards related to HVACsystems.
  
• Liaisewith clients contractors and suppliers managing expectations andensuring clear communication throughout the projectlifecycle.
  

EssentialQualifications:

• Bachelors degree in MechanicalEngineering.
  
• Minimumof 4 years UAE experience in building construction with a specificfocus on HVACsystems.
  
• Thoroughunderstanding of HVAC principles systems and the UAEs buildingcodes andregulations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
