Female Head Chef, New British Restaurant Opening, Dubai

Salary package equivalent of £70,000 (ex-pat package)
Our client is actively looking to improve their diversity and inclusion and recruit a Female Head Chef.

Things you will be doing as a Head Chef:

Reporting to the Executive Chef
Responsible for running and overseeing all sections in the kitchen operation
Responsible for maintaining the necessary health and safety standards
Assisting with the creation of menu items
Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
Running a costefficient operation, enforcing strict inventory control
Ensuring that the quality and presentation of the food remain constant

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sen Sous Chef in a British Restaurant operation
Experience in London is required,
Knowledge of all sections
Team player qualities
The ability to provide clear instructions
The ability to produce excellent highquality food
Team management skills
