Responsibilities:

Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
Perform material takeoffs and quantify required materials for facade construction.
Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with sales team, project managers and clients to understand project scope and requirements.
Provide detailed and timely cost estimates for facade construction projects.
Evaluate and recommend costsaving measures and alternative materials or methods.
Maintain accurate records of project estimates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an estimator in the façade construction industry.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
