Your Tasks:


Project Steering

• Responsibility for OTIF delivery of campaign packages in EM
• Acts as project manager and collaborates with different teams and ranks, internally and externally, to ensure OTIF delivery of campaigns in EM
• Leads Core Team (MKT, CMI, POT, Finance, Production Manager& Others)
• Ensures 360 campaigns are fully delivered
• Preparation of decision fundament, anticipation and, if necessary, escalation of risks
• Project presentation in front of the Comms gatekeepers in EM
• Ensures campaigns are delivered on budget

Budget Management

• Support on budget tracking & forecast accuracy
• Steer POs
• Control and check invoices
• Lead on quarterly budget reconciliation

Your Profile:

• University Degree with 3+ years of experience on Project Management, ideally on Advertising Campaigns
• Strong Project Management skills
• High Level of attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and storytelling skills including ability to present to Senior Management and Multi-Cultural teams and different countries
• Proven expertise in creative agency management and ability to mobilize a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment
• Ability to work with teams from all different backgrounds, nationalities, etc.
• Advanced excel and SQL
• Data modeling and data visualization tools (ex. Power BI) is required
