Our clients are looking for a Japanese head chef with experience in banqueting to join their team. If you are a Head Chef, looking to expand your career then we have an amazing opportunity for you.

You MUST be a hardworking individual who gets on well in a team and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment, willingness to learn and effective communication are all desired.

About you:

• Proven experience with strong knowledge of all facets of food production and superior food and culinary skills
• Proven experience in Japanese cuisines (must)
• Strong enthusiasm, passion and creativity
• Enjoy working to high standards in a fastpaced environment
• Highly organised with the ability to supervise and support the team in kitchen operations
• Have a "can do attitude"
• Have clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Minimum 35 years' experience working as a Chef
• Culinary qualification desirable

AED160, AED242,000.00 per year
