    1. Developing strategies, policies, and general plans related to logistics services.

    2. Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant external stakeholders

    3. Work with carriers to negotiate rates, and shipping lines, and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

    4. Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.

    5. Identify shipping & Dispatch issues and implement solutions promptly

    6. Oversee the whole shipping & Dispatch process.

    7. Set shipping & Dispatch KPIs

    8. Hiring, training, and supervising shipping & Dispatch employees.

    9. Supervise and oversee operations team members and solving their issues

    10. Monitor the performance of the operations department and employees to achieve the required goals.

    11. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies.

    12. Evaluate new technologies to streamline supply chain operations.

    13. Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company's operations.

    14. Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs in operations.

    15. Ocean shipping experience is a must.
