Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging, and personalized sales experience to every guest.
• Greet customers, understand their preferences, and recommend premium chocolates, gift boxes, and café items.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products, highlighting seasonal specialties and pairings.
• Provide in-depth knowledge about chocolates, coffee, and desserts to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with product displays, ensuring boutique shelves and café counters reflect luxury presentation standards.
• Handle POS systems, process transactions, and manage gift card/voucher sales.
• Support customers with packaging, gift wrapping, and product customization when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales environment at all times.
• Collaborate with the café and service teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and luxury service standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or customer service, ideally in luxury retail, chocolaterie, or premium café environments.
• Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and digital payment platforms.
• Product knowledge or interest in luxury chocolates, desserts, and coffee.
• Active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to tailor recommendations to guests.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• High school diploma required; additional training in sales or hospitality is a plus.
