Job description
The IT Support is responsible to handle the daily activities of the IT Infrastructure/Network support for the group.

This includes but is not limited to remote support, central system maintenance, software and hardware update, and server maintenance, etc.

JOB CONTEXT & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Handle all network malfunctions and other operational difficulties by implementing troubleshooting procedures.
Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
Ensure compliance related to IT Assets Management
Ensure compliance toward Helpdesk system SLAs
Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Discuss escalated issues with IT Administrator to find a proper solution.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

2- 3 years' relevant experience

JOB PREREQUISITES/ SKILLS

Arabic and English language ability required.
Advanced Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft office, Java and other programming systems.
Driven and can work extended hours.

Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
