Job description
The IT Support is responsible to handle the daily activities of the IT Infrastructure/Network support for the group.

This includes but is not limited to remote support, central system maintenance, software and hardware update, and server maintenance, etc.


JOB CONTEXT & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Handle all network malfunctions and other operational difficulties by implementing troubleshooting procedures.
  • Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures.
  • Establish and perform maintenance programs following company and vendor standards.
  • Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.
  • Ensure compliance related to IT Assets Management
  • Ensure compliance toward Helpdesk system SLAs
  • Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
  • Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Discuss escalated issues with IT Administrator to find a proper solution.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
2- 3 years' relevant experience


JOB PREREQUISITES/ SKILLS

  • Arabic and English language ability required.
  • Advanced Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft office, Java and other programming systems.
  • Driven and can work extended hours.

Pay:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
