    SearchPlus HR is looking for a Senior Specialist in Stroke Medicine to join our team within a government facility. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical management of stroke patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols in stroke care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes while also contributing to community education and advocacy for stroke prevention and care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with stroke and related neurovascular disorders.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff and medical trainees.
    • Collaborate with other specialists to create integrated care pathways.
    • Engage in clinical research initiatives to improve stroke care protocols.
    • Participate in public health campaigns to raise awareness about stroke prevention.
    Requirements
    • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.
    • Board certification in Neurology or a relevant specialty with a focus on stroke medicine.
    • At least 7 years of clinical experience in stroke care.
    • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor clinical staff.
    • Strong understanding of stroke assessment and management protocols.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to community engagement and improving public health outcomes.
