JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning and execution of work for speedycompletion of project.

Preparingdaily/weekly/monthly reports to highermanagement.

Preparation of detailed constructionprogram as per scope of work in Primavera and Microsoft Project;monitoring & controlling projects with respect to costresource deployment time overruns and quality compliance to ensuresatisfactory execution of projects

Preparationof baseline construction program at the tendering stage anddetailing of the same during the project execution stage usingproject management tools like Primavera and MicrosoftProject.

Interpreting contractual obligations& rights and evaluation of technical problems formanagement reporting.

Analyze the delay eventsfor the Extension of time claim drafting notice and write ups forthe substantiation of the delay events.

Providing the site team with the required look ahead schedule andprogress update in order to meet the project schedule and plannedprogress milestones.

Providing the site teamwith various daily weekly and monthly reports along with activitymonitoring sheets progress charts and riskassessment.

Conduct and coordinate progressmeetings and coordination meetings along with client maincontractor consultant subcontractor and my project team. Highlightvarious critical issues and derive solutions in order to resolve itwell before it impacts the overall projectprogress.
