    Description


    Review the contract in terms of scope ofwork, obligations to the client, schedules, possible areas ofconcerns, action plans, prepare the agenda for the kick off meetingwith the client and collect relevant information from variousdisciplines.

    Finalize the list of deliverables as per thecontract after discussing them with various sites which is thensubmitted to the client for their review andapproval.

    Co-ordinate with the Engineering discipline whowill prepare and issue deliverables such as material requisition,technical bid evaluation and purchase requisition as required forprocurement activities as well as Deliverables like Drawings,Procedures, calculations etc.

    These are then reviewed and monitoredon a weekly basis and in case of slippages corrective action istaken.
    Interface with procurement to review the status ofprocurement activities and take corrective action asneeded.

    Organise weekly review meetings with the clientto discuss progress achieved to date as well as a forecast for thefollowing week in addition to any other issues which need to beresolved.

    Interface with other Company if required as perContract wherein the project engineer ensures any co-ordinationrequired with other organizations which is achieved by transferringengineering documents, sorting out queries etc.

    Arrange and moderate post award kick off meetingwith vendor, expedite, monitor and review vendor deliverables inline with contractual requirements, execution schedule, PurchaseOrder requirements and terms & conditions, ensure subordersof materials are in line with supplier's engineering andmanufacturing schedule, and monitor respective deliveries.

    Resolveany potential operational issues that may impact the deliveries,Monitor the recovery of delays and implementation of remedialactions. Identify Risks and liaise with stakeholders to mitigatedelays and cost impacts. Maintain records and update order progressperiodically
