    Description

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Under the direction of theMaintenance Manager the Planner will be responsible for theadministration of the work order system including researching,estimating, planning, tracking, recording and maintenance ofequipment history.
    • Ensure the integrity of thework order process from issuance, approval, accurate recording ofinformation, closure, equipment history andarchiving.
    • Verification of parts needed forcompletion of scheduled work.
    • Staging of partsfor planned and scheduled work.
    • Develop andrevise major and minor outage schedules using PrimaveraP6.
    • Evaluate and analyze equipment history andpredictive maintenance data and trends to assist in anticipation ofplant maintenance needs and prioritization and planning ofwork.

    Boiler ReliabilitySupport

    • Assist in equipment inspectionsduring scheduled and unscheduledoutages.
    • Prepare outage inspection planningmatrix defining inspection scope, schedule, cost, and resourcerequirements.
    • Preparation of conditionassessment reports with executivesummary.
    • Inspection data compilation, analysis,and presentation.
    • Develop and revise standardspecifications for outage work scopes.

    PositionRequirements

    • Must have a solid background in poweror industrial plant maintenance
    • Minimum of 3 to5 years first line supervisory experience and knowledge in planningand coordinating major maintenance/overhaul projects in waste toenergy or related field
    • Peoplesoft/ALMexperience a plus
    • Familiarity withcomputer-based work order/inventory and CMMS systems, NBIC& ASME codes and scheduling tools arerequired.
    • Must be able to identify needs forimprovement and implement change, knowledge of maintenancebudgeting and methodologies, ability to manage spare partsinventory to optimum levels, along with good computerskills.
