- Greetall customers and vendors and help themaccordingly
- Direct visitors to theappropriate person and office
- Answerand/or forward incoming calls and take messages for those who arenot in the office
- Provide basic andaccurate information in person and via phone oremail
- Receive, sort, and distributedaily mail deliveries and manage all deliveries that come to themain office by Fed Ex, USPS, UPS,etc.
- Retrieve messages off the voicemail every morning or check emailedvoicemails
- Maintain phone directorywith accurate and up-to-date phone, cell, and emailaddresses
- Maintaintelecommunications system (phone system andvoicemails)
- Support Accounting withscanning and dataentry
- 3+years of experience in a customer serviceenvironment
