Event Coordinator - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Propharma Medical Supplies
Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure services and products within budget.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure costeffectiveness.
- Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and ensure maximum attendance.
- Manage event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Ensure events are executed smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for event planning.
