Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury house boat team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in fine dining or luxury hospitality, with the ability to deliver a world-class guest experience onboard. The role requires attention to detail, elegance in service, and a passion for creating memorable moments for high-profile guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests onboard with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a first-class experience from arrival to departure.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently in line with fine dining standards.
• Set up dining areas onboard, including table arrangements, cutlery, glassware, and linens, to meet luxury presentation standards.
• Provide personalized service and anticipate guests' needs during the cruise or stay.
• Work closely with the chef and captain to ensure smooth coordination of service timings.
• Ensure all hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times, complying with Dubai Maritime and company policies.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support in organizing and serving during special events, private parties, or corporate gatherings onboard.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and recommended pairings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and table presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Must be comfortable working onboard a luxury house boat and adapting to marine hospitality operations.
• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards in marine or hospitality environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on yachts, cruise ships, or luxury vessels.
• Certified in food handling and hygiene (Dubai Municipality / HACCP preferred).
• Barista or mixology skills are an advantage.
