    We are looking for an experienced Experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Silver Dunes Real Estate. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in our real estate team.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the secondary property market, with a strong focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to increase sales of pre-owned properties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to boost sales of secondary properties.
    • Mentor and Train the Team: Guide and motivate your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and key stakeholders.
    • Stay Informed on Market Trends and Competition: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and team performance.
    • Implement Effective Marketing Strategies: Implement effective marketing strategies to promote secondary property listings.

    Requirements:

    • Proven Experience in Secondary Property Market: Possess proven experience as a Sales Manager in the secondary property market.
    • Strong Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding a sales team.
    • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Deep Market Knowledge: Possess deep knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and property listings.
    • Existing Team of Agents: Lead an existing team of agents specializing in secondary properties.
    • RERA Certification: Hold RERA certification (preferred).
