Description
Sourcing CVs as per the requirement.- Tracks all STCW training requirements and validity ensuring courses do not expire during term of employment contract.
- Monitors Training Plan for all seafarers (officers & crew).
- Open Personnel Training Matrix for all new joining staff.
- Carry out Staff Induction for all new junior shore staff.
- Develop, maintain and update a database of Crew CVs.
- Reviewing and verifying Training Invoices from training providers and agencies ensuring accuracy prior to approval process for payment.
- Prepare and monitor Training Budget for all sea and shore staff.
Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- 5 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
