    Global Learning and Development Strategy Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Learning and Development Strategy Specialist to join our Business Vertical team.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy that enhances the capabilities, skills, and competencies of our Health & Beauty team members.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Design and develop a strategic plan for the Health & Beauty team's learning and development needs, outlining how we can remain competitive in the market.
    2. IDentify current and future skills requirements of the team and create flexible learning interventions to meet diverse workforce needs.
    3. Set staff development goals, improve productivity, identify areas for improvement, and maintain an adequate workforce.
    4. Search for, design, and implement effective methods to enhance performance, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining a consistent culture.
    5. Analyze existing behavioral training programs, determine their feasibility, and identify internal trainers and designers of e-learning courses, career plans, workshops, and more.
    6. Prepare a training budget for the department or organization, communicate with vendors and customers, and understand their needs.
    7. Benchmark locally, regionally, and globally on best practices in Learning Management and update processes and policies accordingly.
    8. Participate with HR business partners and business managers to ensure organizations' capability towards attracting, selecting, and retaining high-potential employees remains intact and competitive.
    9. Promote a high-performance, development-oriented culture, working with various stakeholders and managing internal communication plans.
    10. Develop and deliver content related to training and employee development.

    Requirements and Skills

    1. Proven experience in independently managing and deploying a learning cycle, assessing ROI.
    2. Creative thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confidence in communicating with different types of people.
    3. Ability to stay updated on industry trends to advise and influence senior management and internal stakeholders.
