Description

1. Attend to customer calls 24/7.

Attend to breakdown and maintenance calls.
Scheduling and taking appointments for periodic maintenance.
Coordinating with drivers/technicians to attend to the relevant breakdowns/maintenance under the given time frame as promised to the client.
Arranging technician and driver schedule on daily basis.
Prepare quotations and send to clients, following up to make sure quotation work is complete and ensuring payment is collected.
Preparing OT sheet month end for the technicians/drivers.
A can do attitude, a self motivator, a problem solver, a fast learner, able to work under pressure and without any supervision.
Ability to work with limited resources, under tight schedule and meeting deadlines.
Very well versed with locations in U.A.E, especially in Dubai.

We are only looking for an experienced maintenance coordinator with U.A.E experience, if you are not experienced as per the above requirements, please do not apply.

Good in microsoft - outlook/excel/word,etc.
