Key Responsibilities will include:
Our client, a large bank is looking for a Head of Equity Capital Markets under their Investment Banking department

Primary job responsibilities include:
To engage with sr.

management staff of clients to advise them in their initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, secondary fund raisings such as rights issues, placements, private fund raisings, continuing sponsorships and other corporate actions.

Lead in the execution of ECM transactions and continuing sponsorship activities by working closely with clients, the professional team and internal stakeholders to manage, plan and formulate all ECM activities in meeting transaction deliverables and timelines.

Transaction execution, new business presentations and meetings, and other such dutiesWorking with Associates and Analysts in development of pitch books and related client materialsDeveloping client relationships, developing business opportunities, transaction execution and other such dutiesCoordinating with Industry, Product and other groups to evaluate and originate new business ideas/opportunitiesProvide financial and corporate advice to our clients in our capacity as issue manager, financial adviser and continuing sponsor.

Lead in performing due diligence on the transactions together with the professional team.

Lead in the review of transaction documents such as prospectuses, restructuring memoranda, independent market research reports, valuation reports, due diligence reports, accountants' reports, transaction agreements, announcements and other relevant documentation.

Actively contribute in due diligence, documentation review, road show arrangement and deal settlement.

Developing client relationships, developing business opportunities, transaction execution, and other such duties Who we're looking for:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in advising, structuring and executing ECM transactions. The candidate will be responsible for ECM deal origination, syndication and execution process. Furthermore, building a team (hiring Associates and Analysts) and developing client relationships and business opportunities.
