    Working with the CEO for the UAE, the Head of Marketing will be in charge of leading all branding/marketing activities for the UAE market in line with the local strategy and regulations and in coordination with the Central Marketing Team.

    The Head of Marketing drives the retention and growth strategy for the UAE. This role will play a crucial part in defining and positioning in the UAE.

    They will lead all acquisition, retention, cross-selling, campaigns and branding in the UAE across the complex portfolio of products.

    The role is based in Dubai.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and lead the local Brand and Marketing strategy (online and offline)
    • Implement, control, and monitor all marketing activities with the aim of increasing user numbers in a way that maximises value in line with local requirements and regulations
    • Ensure that the local Marketing strategy aligns with the overall global strategy, whilst targeting the relevant local customer base and aligning to local regulations
    • Drive brand awareness in the UAE whilst increasing the reach and ensuring the customer base grows in line with the local strategy
    • Lead all of 's external communication and branding activities
    • Drive local public relations strategy and execution together with the central team
    • Create high quality content for different target audiences in the UAE
    • Manage local communication channels

    The Ideal Candidate:
    • The Head of Marketing UAE will have top notch digital marketing experience with an added thorough understanding of offline activities specifically targeted to regulated markets in the UAE
    • Needs to understand how to attract and retain High Net worth Individuals
    • The ideal candidate has truly moved ahead brands in the UAE and has supported business in scaling locally
    • The person needs to be passionate about digital, social and mobile marketing with an excellent track record in scaling business locally
    • The Head of Marketing UAE will be an energetic and resourceful leader who can operate at a strategic, tactical and operational level and takes personal ownership for advancing significant projects
    • They will have a positive attitude and a passion for managing growth with an entrepreneurial and creative spirit ensuring alignment to local regulations
    • Has the ability to communicate direction clearly and effectively and can adapt communication style to different audiences
    • Has the ability to coach and grow the local team
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English are a must.
