    Responsible for enhancing the capabilities in digital proposition across Commercial banking with the objective of ensuring all activities & projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost & quality.   • Increase Digital Channel Penetration - Focuses on driving customer and product acquisition and increase penetration through digital channel
  • Sprint Releases Management - Responsible in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint
  • Data Fields technical improvement - Analytical skills for data capture, analysis and continuous improvement
  • Admin profile management - Train channel partners and their staff, oversee account profiles, and monitor competitor activity
  • Digital Channel Analytics – Leveraging data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour, preferences and trends to make data-driven decisions for digital channel improvements.
  • Digital Functionalities build-up & testing - Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Monitoring Channel performance - Managing, monitoring and optimizing the performance of the digital channel plans to deliver the agreed commercial targets
  • Qualifications

    Education required :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business management or related
  • MBA or top tier management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience :

  • 7 years+ of Work experience in banking/financial institution/digital technical field across geographies
  • Proven quantitative, data-driven problem-solving skills and ability to break down large problems into smaller solvable chunks.
  • Experience in working with commercial technology products, digitisation & distributed systems
  • Comfortable using data management tools to explore data when necessary.
