    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, Thales and other networking and security technologies. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in implementing routers, switches, firewalls, Encyptors and related technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and stability of our network infrastructure.

    As level-2 Engineer, you need to take care of day-to-day operations of setup involving Paloalto Firewalls, Cisco Catalyst Switches and Thales Encryption and NMS Tools such as ManageEngine OpManager and Panaroma

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, configure and deploy secure network infrastructure solutions.
    • Manage, maintain and upgrade network infrastructure devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, Encryptors and related technologies.
    • Prepare or able to understand HLD and LLD's
    • Collaborate with teams and external vendors to resolve complex network and security issues.
    • Identify and recommend new solutions to improve network and security infrastructure stability.
    • Document network and security infrastructure configurations, procedures, and processes.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their potential impact on our network and security infrastructure.
    • Documentation of Current Network Details which is not limited to Diagrams, IP addressing, Credentialing, Features used, vLans etc.
    • Troubleshooting skills to achieve End-to-End connectivity.
    • Ensure timely update for each and every case assigned.
    • Develop and implement security policies and procedures, using industry standard practices.
    • Review and update security policies, procedures, and standards, and upgrade technology as required.
    • Taking regular backups of VMs/NMS and aware of BCP to invoke secondary site in case of failure in primary site.
    • Doing Manual Patching in Air-Gap Environment.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • At least 4+ years of experience in network and security engineering, with a focus on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Thales Encryptors
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies
    • Strong knowledge of network protocols and concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
    • Experience in designing and implementing network and security solutions in a highly available and fault-tolerant environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
    • Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCNP Security, Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), are highly desirable.
    • Experience in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, VPN etc..
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • UAE Driving License is a must.
