• Bachelor's degree inengineering, operations management, or a related field; advanceddegree or professional certification is a plus.
  

Qualification

• 8+ years of progressive leadershipexperience in operations management within a highly automatedmanufacturing environment, preferably in the oil and gasindustry.
• Proven track record of successfullyimplementing automation technologies, driving operationalefficiency, and optimizing productionprocesses.
• In-depth knowledge of OCTGmanufacturing processes, industry standards, and bestpractices.
• Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and implement performance improvementinitiatives.
• Exceptional leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspireand motivate cross-functionalteams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexprojects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing businessneeds.
• Familiarity with quality managementsystems, safety regulations, and environmental standards relevantto OCTG manufacturing.
• Experience workingwithin the UAE, or the Middle East region is highlydesirable.
