Job Overview:

As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for furniture manufacturing projects. You will work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and produce accurate and precise drawings for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed technical drawings and plans for furniture manufacturing projects

Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and specifications

Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and precise drawings

Make necessary modifications to existing drawings as per client or project requirements

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations

Review and analyze drawings for potential design or production issues

Communicate with production team to ensure smooth execution of projects

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in furniture manufacturing technology

Maintain accurate documentation and records of all drawings and revisions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

- Proven experience as a Draftsman in the furniture manufacturing industry

Proficient in CAD software and other design tools

Strong understanding of furniture design principles and production processes

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
