Description
MEP quantities estimation, tender preparation & technical office duties.

  • Preparation and submission of design & built projects & value engineering for tenders.
  • Practical experience in all HVAC system
  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
  • Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
  • Oversees and carries out maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Coordinates with Operation personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of other systems.
  • Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Participates in Incident investigations and produce reports.
  • Attending any emergency cases out of working hours.
  • Supports and recommends preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, Electrical, water supply and drainage systems.
  • Identifies the training needs for the Maintenance team.
  • Review plans and specifications according to the plan.
  • Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
  • MEP System has to analyze mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
  • Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects.
  • Plan, organize the review and evaluate the work of consultants, contractors, and others.
  • Continually review the subcontractor's schedule during the progress of the site works with regards to MEP services and report to the Project Director on the same.
  • Review the Contractor's installation method statements.
  • Monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the Project Manager.
  • Undertake a prior review of the Contractor's proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule
  • Attend project, site progress, meetings
