- Ensurethat rooms are regularly cleaned according to the hotelprocedures.
- Follow the health and safetyrules.
- Proper stock of guest amenities,cleaning supplies, mini bar, clean linen are arranged well on thetrolley before starting the work.
- Respond toguests' complaints in a positive way and keep the guestssatisfied
- Dust furnishings and walls and removemarks from them
- Carry out floor care duties inhallway and guest rooms, and vacuumcarpets
